Skinny Scarf

Made with a ball of Crystal Palace Mikado Ribbon, color 7300B.

I bought two little balls of this yarn from a closeout sale, for a dollar a piece. Unfortunately I didn't think too much about whether I could actually make something with it! So I made a skinny scarf in a loose garter stitch (using size 13 needles to keep it airy and floppy) and am very pleased! I wore it today to work and felt pretty--all knit up, the shiny parts of the ribbon really stand out. With the second ball I'm attempting a lightweight skull cap, though we'll have to see how that goes since I'm making it up as I go.
